John earned an M.F.A. in painting and drawing from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has utilized his education and expanded his teaching experience in art and glass at the State University of New York, Millard Filmore College, the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, area community educational centers, schools for art & stained glass, and his former retail store, Glass Endeavors.
