Jennifer is a glass fusing artist and instructor who works out of her home studio in Tucson, Arizona. She first walked into a glass shop in 1993 and started making mosaic projects with a few basic tools and glass from the scrap bin. While building a successful business as a faux painting contractor she continued taking classes in stained and fused glass. This was a great way for her to relax and keep her creative mind engaged.
In 2011, Jennifer retired her paint brushes and has focused solely on fused glass. For the past twelve years, Jennifer has had the opportunity to learn from and assist numerous glass artists who mentored her and helped shape her into the artist she is today. Jennifer's designs are strongly influenced by geometry, requiring precision with measurements and cuts. Professional training as a color consultant has equipped her to bring competent color balance to her glass projects as well as her students' projects. Jennifer is passionate about art and considers herself fortunate to travel North America sharing her knowledge of glass.
