What you'll learn and experience.
Working in a Patty Gray 8” x 10” Dam mold we will create a piece using a design of your choice. After the 8 x 10 is fired, we will give them to a local glassblower who will “roll them up” into a vessel. There will be design options to choose from or you may allow artist choice of the glassblower.
Working in COE96, we will have available for your use sheet glass, vitrigraph, twisties, frit, stringer/noodles, and balls. If you have any special COE96 glass items, bring it and see if it will work in your project.
Students need to bring: Cutting tools
