Required Documentation We require the following documentation:

1. A photo of your storefront with a visible identifying sign
2. Photo(s) of the inside of your store, including the tool and glass areas.
3. A copy of your Yellow Pages listing
4. A copy of your sales tax or business license
5. Proof of commercial liability insurance
6. Your business check in the amount of $75.00 payable to R.A.G.S.
